2019-This will be the year of local and regional events:

Starting in January I will have the privilege of speaking to the new class of Washington County Master Gardeners here in Fayetteville AR.

February will find me at the Mother Earth News Fair in Belton Texas- For the first time I will present a kid’s worm shop   https://www.motherearthnewsfair.com/speakers/joanne-olszewski/ .

On Tuesday the 5th I will be the speaker at the Bentonville Master Gardeners’ meeting.The meeting is held at the Lodge, Bentonville Church of Christ, N Walton Blvd. and NW 8th Street (across the street from Kentucky Fried Chicken)
On Wednesday the 13th I will give a sustainability class for the Osher Lifetime Learning Institute (Ollie) on Composting with Worms.
Sunday the 17th I will be at the Arkansas Flower and Garden Show in Fort Smith. Hope to see some of my relatives there.
On Saturday Mar 23, 10:30 AM I will speak at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks · Fayetteville, ArkansasWorms Eat My Garbage – Vermicomposting

To finish up the month I will be at the White River Nursery in Fayetteville.  www.whiterivernursery.com/  We love this place. Today we bought a holly to plant next to the oak leaf hydrangea.

What a year 2018- My National Tour

February- I spoke in Seattle at the Northwest Flower & Garden Show.

March- What an audience at our own Washington County Master Gardeners.

April- My first Mother Earth News Fair in Asheville. I love this fair.

June- I was guest speaker at Withee Days. My parents were raised in what is now Owen-Withee Wisconsin, so it was a trip to the past and a chance to see my family.

September- My second Mother Earth News Fair in Seven Springs PA.

October- The last Mother Earth News Fair of the year in Topeka. What a wonderful birthday I had sharing with a group of good friends.
